Ensure all shipments comply with buyer instructions and international shipping regulations. 2. Ready Garments Inventory Maintain accurate inventory of finished goods using internal systems. Tag and organize garments by order number, size, and style for easy identification. Perform regular physical stock audits and reconcile with system records. Share inventory status with senior management, highlighting slow-moving or excess stock. Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method for dispatches. 3. Claim Filing & Resolution Record customer complaints related to delivery delays, product shortages, or damages. Collaborate with QC, production, and packing teams to investigate and resolve issues. Prepare claim reports with photographic evidence and necessary documentation. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely claim closures. Recommend and implement corrective measures to avoid recurring issues. 4. Courier & Return Logistics Manage both outbound and return shipments via courier partners. Monitor courier performance on delivery timelines, cost efficiency, and damage/loss cases. Coordinate with customers for return pickups and ensure timely inward processing. Maintain tracking records and update clients with real-time delivery status. Resolve courier-related issues, including delays and lost shipments. 5. E-Commerce Integration (Preferred) Work with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce to process online orders. Sync dispatch data and inventory updates with e-commerce systems. Assist in order fulfillment coordination for B2C dispatches alongside export shipments. Key Skills & Competencies: 1–3 years of relevant experience in dispatch and inventory roles within a garments export house. Familiarity with export procedures, documentation, and courier logistics. Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce is an added advantage. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
